Zach Songco, NCPT is a National Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. Combining rehabilitation experience with a strong understanding of human movement, he helps people build strength, improve performance, reduce injury risk, and return to training safely after injury.
